Your Role: Inside Sales & Marketing support
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and service-minded team player who will support both our sales and marketing functions. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, technical experts, our Growth Marketing Manager, and our partners Siemens and Altair. You will become an essential part of ensuring smooth customer communication, strong renewals, and efficient marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Renewals & Customer Account Management
- Manage and process software renewals for small and mid-size customers
- Act as the main point of contact for selected “small accounts”
- Proactively communicate upcoming contract dates, price changes, and licensing updates
- Handle customer questions related to contracts, orders, and invoicing
- Support onboarding of new customers with templates, documentation, and guidance
- Ensure accurate customer information in Salesforce and internal systems
Inside Sales Support
- Qualify inbound leads (MQL → SQL) and route opportunities to the sales team
- Prepare quotes, order forms, and follow-up communication
- Support Account Managers during early-stage customer dialogues
- Coordinate with Siemens and Altair on campaigns, pricing, and license information
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and assist with reporting
Marketing & Growth Support
Working alongside our Growth Marketing Manager, you will help drive our outreach and brand presence across Europe:
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support webinars, workshops, and user events — from invitations to follow-up
- Update and maintain website content and product pages
- Help produce email campaigns, landing pages, and shorter technical/marketing texts
- Coordinate event logistics and partner marketing activities
- Track campaign performance in Salesforce and Google Analytics
Operational and Administrative Support
- Maintain contract documentation and customer records
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, event schedules, and follow-ups
- Support internal processes around renewals, lead management, and marketing activities
- Assist Management with summaries, reports, and communication
Who You Are
We believe you are a structured and communicative person who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment. You thrive in a role where you support others, keep processes running smoothly, and contribute to customer success.
We expect that you:
- Have 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, or marketing support
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Swedish
- Are comfortable using CRM systems
- Are organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Enjoy interacting with customers and building long-term relationships
- Have an interest in engineering, software, technology, cloud, or AI (experience not required, curiosity is!)
