This short video tutorial shows the search tool in 3D-CAD in Simcenter STAR-CCM+. It finds entities by criteria or geometric similarity, such as holes below a certain diameter or interfering bodies, and stores them in design filters for geometry operations.
In 3D-CAD you can use the search tool to find entities based on either specific criteria or geometrical similarity.
