Volupe has acquired the business unit comprising Endego’s Altair and Siemens engineering simulation software resale operations in Poland.
The acquired business unit has a strong position within the Altair software portfolio and has developed capabilities relating to the Siemens Simcenter portfolio following Siemens’ acquisition of Altair. The transaction establishes Volupe’s first local presence in Poland and further strengthens the group’s position as a leading European provider of engineering simulation software and related technical services.
The team joining Volupe brings established customer relationships and valuable expertise in software sales, technical support and engineering simulation. Customers in Poland will benefit from continuity in their existing relationships, combined with access to Volupe’s broader European organisation, technical expertise and software portfolio.
