FS Dynamics establishes a Norwegian presence through Ranold
FS Dynamics has acquired Ranold AS, a Norwegian engineering consultancy specializing in advanced CFD, flow assurance, thermal processes, and multiphase systems. The acquisition establishes FS Dynamics' first presence in Norway and strengthens the group's position as a leading European partner for advanced engineering simulation.
Together, FS Dynamics and Ranold combine complementary expertise, increased capacity, and a shared engineering foundation rooted in physics-based modelling. Ranold has strong positions in oil & gas and aquaculture, and FS Dynamics adds expertise in areas such as structural analysis and nuclear applications as well as in simulations within marine, life-science, wind and wave energy applications.
